Subject: tension continues

    The attached graphs show most recent foil tension measurements.  The
data points were fitted to functions of the form:

S = a*So*exp(-t/tau)+k  where:
                    So = intital tension in lb/in
                     t = elapsed time in days
                    a,tau,k adjusted parameters

    The fits for foils 2,3 had R-squared ~ 0.99, foil 1 R-squared ~ 0.97
and foil 0 had R-squared ~ 0.84.

    The indicated final values for foil tensions ranged from 73% (foil
4) to 86% (foil 0) of the initial foil tension.
