Subject: Revised circle reconstrucion efficiencies

I have replotted efficiency of circle reconstruction vs. cos(theta).
Each plot is for a 0.1 width interval in the reduced energy, x, centered
about the labeled value. The calculations are efficiencies of
reconstruction at the resolution of wire center clusters. The data
comes from 200,000 Monte Carlo events produced with a muon beam.

The cuts involved:
Number of MC particles = 2
     Second particle is a positron
     800 ns < positron t0 < 9900 ns [gate begins with 1st particle
(presumed muon) and lasts 10 us]

Monte Carlo includes energy loss but not multiple scattering.
Data is combined from theta1 and theta2 where cos(theta1) = -
cos(theta2). [Upstream/downstream asymmetry is not studied in this
preliminary analysis.]
