Attached is a brief summary and discussion of time_zero fitting
module.  The postscript file contains a summary of the half-stack
run time_zero values and sample plots for each plane.  It also discusses
the present state of the time_zero module and tries to clarify some issues
that arose during the July 24, 2001 software meeting.
