Attached is the operation point determination from
plane efficiency studies. HV to one of the planes
was varied to get the curve at different thresholds. 

As to the definition of plane efficiency, it's the
ratio of the number of crossings through the plane 
expected from the tracking analysis, to the number of 
measured hits on the plane. The numbers are booked 
event by event. 

It's noted that different tracking programs were used
on the 3-mod and dense stack data.
