Winding of the new prototype chamber 5DC0  has been completed
and measured
wire tensions are presented in the attached file 5DC0.ps. Also
one can compare what we
had on the chamber 4a on the last fall (file ch4a.ps) and on the
prototypes one year ago
(see July 13.1999 posting).  35 gram weight was used in all
cases.
