While it may be premature, I believe the attached graphs indicate
that the foil tensions are beginning to stabilise at non-zero values.
We should know for sure in another 100 days or so.
    The first tension measurements of foils 00, 01 were made a few weeks
after they had been stretched onto frames.  Foils 02,03  first
measurements were made ~ 1 day after stretching.  This may explain the
initial fast relaxation seen on 02,03 but not 00,01.
