MC fitting: the spectrum expansion

Here a note on MC fitting. Mainly it's math to get the coefficients
in front of delta_rho etc. right. Implementation details will be
described elsewhere. Thanks to Blair for proof-reading that led to
improvements in the wording.
Abstract:
This note derives a parametrization of a reconstructed spectrum in
terms of deviations of parameters of the corresponding "true"
spectrum. It also explains how to obtain all the terms involved using
Monte-Carlo integration.
