Subject: TN-18 "Results of ceramic glass spacer thickness measurement", V.I. Selivanov

Thickness of "4mm"(471 pieces), "20mm"(112 pieces), and "40mm"(57
pieces) ceramic glass spacers has been measured with 0.4um precision.
According to the measurements we have full amount of the spacers to
build the E614 detector with better than 0.4um precision. A reserve
consist of about 20-30% of all types of spacers.
