Notes from Don Koetke on running PHOTO...

1. It is set up to run on lin05 from the directory -
 
    /home/e614/photo/
 
    In this directory you will find the photo* executable
and a file called str8.kcm
 
2. To run the code,
 
    a. > setup mofia 2.1
    b. > setenv MTIN pathname_for_ run_file
    c. > photo
    d. >>> @str8.kcm
    e. >>> set photo on
    f. >>> an
 
    The X-window with the Event Display (EvD) will open and
you will see the
    events there.  Use NEXT to move to the next event.  Use
EXIT when you are
    finished and then use the text window to < exit > the
photo program.

(The Event Display window does NOT disappear when you press EXIT.)

The data directory where midas is currently placing run files is
  /twist/data_onl/2001
