Fastbus Rack interlock system/ Air conditionning unit:

After power failure, probably you will see a red light alarm 
for Air Flow.  It means the Air Conditionning Unit is not blowing 
air to the crates.

Step 1 - Control box for the AC at eye level on the left of the unit.
 Check the control for AC. If there is no power, it probably has
been turned off by the interlock box.  Go to next step.
 If the FANS are not running, turn them on by pressing Fans. 
Make sure the COOL symbol appears in the control box window. 
If not, press the MODE button untill it does. 

Step 2 - Interlock system located on the pillar across the pathway from the
back of the two Fasbus racks.
 If there is any red light on, make a note which one.
 Press the small button "Push reset before turning on". It might turn off 
the red light, it might not. 
 Check that the big RED Emergency OFF button is pulled out.
 Press the big GREEN button ON. Press it again to extend the interlock
by 5 minutes. That should turn the power on the AC. Go back 
to step 1 to make sure the FANS and cooling are ON. 

Step 3 - Clearing up the AIR FLOW red alarm light condition.  
 Press the small button "Push reset before turning on". If this does 
not reset the red alarm light, open the back doors of the FB crate and check
the flags. These are clear plastic rectangles located on top of each FB crate.
They move up or down depending on the airflow. If the airflow has been off, 
they do not always move up when the fans start. Sometimes, opening 
the back doors will be enough, sometimes they need a little nudge to get
going.
