M13 Tune:
    Nominal tune to see if production target move helped.

    Test tunes in presence of solenoid field.

    TEC tests - Field wires free version will wait till early Dec.
                Temp. dependence of TEC Eff - after TEC temp. monitoring
                works.
    Alignment - Apertures at US/DS yoke ports wait till aperture ready.

Begin collecting 2.0T run data

Note that we will be using settings with wider F0 slits and jaws to increase
rate. (we lost about half of the current rate after the introduction of the 
current T1 graphite production target)
F0 jaws 24.0
F0 slits 80.0 at -1.8
F1 slits 10.0 at -3.9
F2 jaws 20.0
F2 slits 12.0 at 1.6

This change allows us to collect between 250 and 300 runs by Monday

reintroduce the TEC and re-characterise the beam

Insert the 49 hole collimator to provide a callibration for the TEC

ramp the field to 1.96T (with TEC in)re-charactorise this beam with the TEC

use 49 hole collimator to provide a callibration for the TEC

remove the 49 hole collimator and charactorise the beam at 1.96T

Start taking 1.96T data
