List of Environment variables used by a mofia process

MOFIA_INIT - kcm file to run at startup
MHIST - directory to put histograms in
MOFIALOG - logfile name/directory
MTIN  - input file of events
MTOUT - single skim file (only puts out icfail 0 stuff) (deprecated)
SKIM* (SKIM1, SKIM2, etc) - names of skim files corresponding to skim codes 
MOFIA_MONITOR - if this is set to anything then it is used as a batch logfile
name prefix
MOFIA_SOURCE - if kcm file isn't found, then look in the directory
$MOFIA_SOURCE/kcm
HELIXNT_DIR - directory to put helix ntuple into (if this isn't set use MHIST)
