Important Changes

Changes in the wire occupancy histograms may be due to increased noise (giving a hot wire), or a missing or malfunctioning wire (dead). Wires with large amounts of cross talk should also show up as hot wires. As well, changes in the magnetic field will cause differences in the width of the occupancy curve. Movement of the occupancy peak may result from changes in the beam focusing parameters.

There is a choppiness to the occupancy curve
caused by the increased noise from muon tracks.
