Important Changes in the Histogram

Changes in the beam spot centre (position and/or size) could be due to a drift or problem with the beamline focusing apparatus. As well, statistically different Samples may result from a change in the muon stopping distribution because of problems with the gas degrader, atmospheric pressure, or other elements which could alter the proportions of muons and positrons traveling through the relevant PC planes.
