Today's event of the decay is a MC event where the first particle seen in the detector is a decay positron. The decay positron is from a muon which comes before our event gate. Above is a photo of the event, where the green clusters are from the early decay positron, the yellow clusters are from a muon and prompt decay in the upstream direction, and the cyan and blue clusters are from two beam positrons. Since the event has a PC overlap window, the event gets called overlap with the event classification with the help of MC history. Using only TDC information, the event classification calls the early decay positron an "unknown" window -- this causes the event to get classified as Event Type 27 (Other).
